Green has been on my mind lately,
guess I have Spring fever.
When I hit the thrifts-
I gravitate towards all those gorgeous
shades of green.
Ahh...so peaceful and fresh.
If you read my March Mantel post,
then you've seen their beauty in action.
I found of all this green goodness
on a couple of different thrift trips.
The luncheon plates above-
a set of seven, are so fab.
The shape is amazing and
I was so drawn to the vintage paint
colors and design.
They are in pretty good shape.
The Glaze is a bit cracked, but it adds
to the vintage appeal.
We have already used them.
It made dinner extra fun for our family.
Isn't this colored glass gorgeous?
The shapes and designs are sublime.
It is an inexpensive collectible-
but so fun to keep an eye out for.
The color Emerald,
is actually Pantone color of 2013-
There are lots of different color options out there.
My Husbands Grandma had some of this same
style glass in red and blues. It was lovely.
All of this glass ware fits my Granny Chic look decor.
It is so fun to decorate with.
I love the glowing color when the sun
hits it or the lamp light.
Are you seeing green?
Tootles.
I love the green glassware. Gorgeous!
