A Cute Little Feb treat

For this this months friendship treat, I created a cute

little paper "pillow", with treats inside.

About every month I make a little goodie, or

treat for my friends and family.

Isn't she cute?

She was so easy make.

Here is what I did.

I took a 12 by 12 piece of

scrapbook paper, and cute it into 

4 equal pieces.

Luv me some polka dots.

Then I sewed the sides together on

my sewing machine.

That is all you do.

Fill it with your goodies first, then close 

the end with more stitching as shown above.

The trick is stitching the end the opposite way

as you did the first end.

Make sense?

Here is the scripture I chose for my treat.

Deuteronomy 6:2

Love this verse.

The font I used is called Jenna Sue.

For the innards I put in a Hershey's kiss,

a Lindt Raspberry Truffle,

and a yummy Tea bag. I made a little 

tag showing what flavor the tea was.

I just stapled it to the tea string.

all the 'fixins".

Here it one finished.

So pretty in pink and red.

I attached the scripture tag with 

red ribbon and used a glitter heart to 

round everything out.

Ready to give and hopefully be enjoyed.
